Tena koutou,
It is with compassion and understanding that I inform you of Steph O’Sullivan’s decision to resign as CEO of Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Ranginui. After some reflection and recent time with her family Steph has decided to depart to support her family through a time of change and ill health. I would like to acknowledge Steph’s contribution to the Rūnanga and the achievements made over the 2 ½ years that she has been our CEO. A transition period is to follow however, from 31st October 2017 Dr Wendy Gillespie will be Interim CEO while the Board goes through its appointment process. Wendy is of Ngāti Kahungunu descent and has a wealth of experience in the NGO sector, private business and as a senior official working in different agencies and with Ministers. Her strengths in strategy, business development and coaching will help guide the Rūnanga through an exceptionally busy and exciting time.
